The children enjoy football,  gymnastics and basketball.

 

We have PE lessons to get our hearts racing.

To experience sports that we do not do at home.

PE gives us a way of feeling better when we are stressed.

We look after our bodies.

PE is good for our minds.

 

During PE lessons we have a warmup. Warmups allow us to get our bodies moving. They get us ready so that we don’t get injured. Warmups protect our muscles.
