Our half term value is 'trust' and today we discussed how we can trust God to help us when we have worries. We listened to the hymn, 'Father I place into your hands...' and read the story, 'Lion's in a flap!'. We then used these stories to discuss which worries we might share with our friends and family and which we might ask God to help us with. We each got a prayer bead and spent some quiet time thinking of any worries we wanted to share with God. We then put these in our prayer bowl and asked God to support us with our worries. This symbolised us putting our trust in God to help us with our worries and fears.
