Computing Club 2022 2023
This year I will be running a club for each year group after school - one year group per half term.
We will use a range of devices to improve our Computer Science skills in a range of ways.
Year 6 will be using 2DIY3D to design, make, improve, play and share a computer game.
Watch this space for some photos of us and some examples of our creations.

Computing Clubs 2021-2022
We have Jam Coding booked in for Autumn 1 and this will be launched in September.
The computing clubs we ran in 2019 were a huge success. You can find more information about what these clubs entailed below:
Autumn 1- Stop Motion Animation Club KS2
Starting on week one and working in teams, each group came up with their own characters (created using plasticine or based on their own Lego characters brought in for the sessions), and storyline and worked to animate it together before the great unveiling in week 6; promoting teamwork, creativity, special effects and laughter.
Spring 2- Minecraft Challenges Coding Club KS2
This Minecraft Coding Club consisted of different challenges based in the Minecraft platform each week. From problem solving to creativity to teamwork, we explored it all. Coding teaches children to work in teams, think logically and solve problems.
