• We learn something new
• We can find answers out for ourselves
• We get to draw our obersvations

Science could be even better if....

• We could do more investigations
• We go to do more WOW science
• We used our knowledge organisers more

EBI

• knowledge organisers to be used in every class for every lesson
• Questions for start and end of unit assessment were specifically tailored to essential learning at the end of the unit, so were more tightly focussed in some places and more useful for assessment purposes and for evidencing progress
• more use of Explorify, PSTT, science reasoning cards, concept cartoons etc
