• The children really like using digital maps in lessons.
• Children like fieldwork opportunities and look forward to them in geography lessons.
• Children explained that they liked using grid maps (birds eye view) and finding locations and geographical features.
• The children enjoy learning about different countries and continents and seeing them come to life using digimaps and google earth and enjoy the opportunities to watch videos linked with their learning which allow them to explore a locality further.

EBI

• Children in UKS2 (Year 5/6) would like the opportunities to complete double page spreads.
• Lots more opportunities to partake in Kahoots and LBQs- more videos in Geography.
• More fieldwork opportunities.
• Opportunities to draw sketch maps when appropriate to link art with geography and to support their visualization of a place/locality.
• Children want to be involved in developing the geography display through adding bubbles and speech bubbles from KS1 and KS2
• Children liked the idea of a short class presentation when they have visited another country to teach the children about the country locating the country visited on a world map.
