Department for Vision, Values and Ethos 

On 7th October 2025, the Ministers for The Department for Vision, Values and Ethos met to discuss their role in school this year and tasks which they can lead as Ministers.

The Ministers created questionnaire sheets to gather Pupil Voice in school about how the pupils at All Saints' 'let their light shine'.  The Ministers spent time during their breaks speaking with pupils throughout the school to gather information.

Another project the Ministers are working on is to establish a 'Let your light shine' display in each classroom.  Children are encouraged to look for other pupils letting their light shine, sharing this information with the adults in the classroom.  Children will then be celebrated on a display in their classroom.
